CHEMISTRY

Dear C2 Chemistry students,
The updated lecture schedule is as follows:

C2 Chemistry Lecture 1 5 Jan 2006 (Thursday) 11.00-12.00
Selected questions from Alkenes & Arenes Tutorials. This also serves as preparation for the
Hydrocarbons Test.

All S6 students will attend the lecture at LT3.
All S3 & S7 students will attend the lecture at auditorium.

C2 Chemistry Lecture 2 12 Jan 2006 (Thursday) 11.00-12.00
Test: Alkanes, Alkenes & Arenes including stereoisomerism in such compounds
15 MCQs [15 marks]
Structured questions [15 marks]
Duration: 45 min

As for our tutorial lessons, we will begin with Alkanes / Alkenes.

Please be reminded that the Physics Review Test will be conducted on 4
January 2006 (Wed) during your lecture period at 10.00 am.
There will be 30 MCQ questions, all C1 topics, 45 mins will be given.

Please proceed to the following venue punctuality for the test on 4 Jan:
1) 05S6 classes in LT3
2) O5S3 classes + 0572 to 05S77 in LT2
3) 05S78 to 05S7E in LT4

An eventful Saturday :)

here are some photos for the christmas celebration and play that some of us watched at Joanna's church. Basically, we sang, exchanged presents (I got some really nice chocolates that i ate as my dinner), played games, didn't get to eat the food (a shame) and most importantly: enjoyed our time(: We have Joanna to thank for that!! Here are some photos

After which I had to rush to Noel. It was a great concert by the band. Highlights include Alfred's solo performance, the old conductor playing a funny instrument and the candy throwing santa claus. And I got smacked on the head by one of those damned mentos. It was like being caught in a hailstorm. I can't post anymore photos now :( Maybe he next post.

hey guys!!!

Is there no christmas cheer in your life? Has this holiday been dull and boring for you?

Well there is a solution!!!

05S7A Christmas party!!!

okay shall stop being lame bout this...anyway as you all know i've been planning a christmas party for the class. Think it would be nice to meet and have one last bit of fun before the hols end.

Venue: Pei Qi's house
Meeting place: Queenstown MRT (if you dun know how to get there)
Time : 4pm till when the party ends

Please bring a set of clothes to change into kay? than if you guys have any ideas on what you'll wanna do please tell me though i do have rough plans and they involve water bombs :) so thats why you need the change of clothes

Oh yeah and as its christmas there are also presents! Can each one of you'll bring 1 present each for a random swapping of presents? and if you'll would like to get presents for specific people in class well thats up to you kay? just that feel 1 random present each would be the msot economical plan, hor?

Anyway unless you have told me specifically that you can't make it please do call and tell me kay it would not be very nice to have over ordered too much food neh? oh and please bring roughly 7 dollars each for food? exact figure would be provided on that day but promise to keep it around 5 dollars :)

This may be a bit sao xing la, but then if you all want to get any txtbook for your younger siblings (for O-lvs) or for yourselves, my friend is selling his at good prices (Confirm less than half price). He's our senior who's shifting house, so he has to sell away these books. Consider the books below:
