Hmm...latest update abt CIP...I gave up contacting the person regarding the wheelchair repair...he didn't reply my email! However, I contacted several organisations and finally received a favourable reply! Shall post the email here, lazy to paraphrase, sorry... =(

Liying, it great that you would like to help us in a group. I would like to know the following details:
1.) how many hours of CIP service does your group require to complete this year end holidays?
2.) Would your group prefer a 1 day stint or one that last throughout a couple of weeks in December?
3.) Apart from flyer distribution, is manning of charity booth something you would like to consider?
4.) Would you as the coordinator be willing to take up the responsiblity of overseeing the rest of the students' conduct and keep track of their CIP hours. e.g. when distributing flyers, i do not wish to see flyers thrown into the bin and not being distributed accordingly, yet get away with CIP hours provided...i hope you understand my concerns here...

Hmm...I guess you guys would prefer a 1 day event, right? Also, are you all okay with this event? Distributing flyers, manning charity booths, does that sound okay? Aiyah, hate that part abt the conduct...some pple are just so uncontrollable, **hint hint** esp a certain sbd on the front pg of glycolysis notes...was that too obvious? haha, just joking though, don't take it to heart Adam (oops... =S)...yeah, hope that you all can respond asap, regarding this event, so that the necessary arrangements can be made. If not, I guess wed will be the latest, see if can use CT session to discuss this...

P.S. to those who were/are interested in cip at the zoo, I contacted the relevant personnel, they said places for this sch holidays are full and sth abt only a max of 5 pple from each sch can participate per year, hmm...seems contrary to what many pple have been telling me abt volunteering at the zoo...
